Petitioners, who are residents of village Dayer, Tehsil & District Fatehabad, are complainants before the authorities and had filed complaint against respondent No.11-Neelam Devi that she had produced fake certificates regarding her educational qualification. The said allegations were looked into and inquired by respondent No.7-District Development and Panchayat Officer, Fatehabad and reports dated 28.07.2016 (Annexure P3) & dated 30.08.2016 (Annexure P4) have already been submitted by him with the finding that the allegations against respondent No.11 are correct. But still no action is being taken as per the provisions of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that legal notices dated 04.06.2018 (Annexures P8 & P9) and dated 05.08.2018 (Annexure P10), which have been got issued by the petitioners to respondents No.1, 4 & 6, respectively, are not being looked into and no action is being taken DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.24 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 8. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.1 to look into and take required action, if any, on the basis of inquiry reports dated 28.07.2016 (Annexure P3) and dated 30.08.2016 (Annexure P4) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
