RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Perusal of file shows that lastly, appellant was represented on 01.06.2016. Thereafter, this case has been taken on board for four times in the year 2017, 2018 and this year. However, appellant has gone unrepresented even despite service of notice to his counsel in pursuance to order dated 07.05.2018 of a Co-ordinate Bench. Hence, it can safely be inferred that appellant or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing this appeal.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
