Present writ petition is for quashing the impugned action of respondent No.2-Municipal Corporation, Gurugram for sealing the telecom tower situated at property measuring 126 square yards comprised in khewat/khasra No. 599/659 and 602/662 at village Kadipur, Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been making representations to the authorities detailing all his grievance since 22.06.2018 vide Annexure P7 and subsequently on 12.07.2018 (Annexure P8), but no action has been taken and he would be satisfied if his representation dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure P8) is looked into and decided expeditiously.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure P8) and take required action, if any, thereon DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.24 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
