Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question of law raised in both petitions has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 2158-2020 - 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 13.03.2024 except that the claim raised in the present petitions qua the regularization under the regularization policy dated 17.10.2002 (Annexure P5). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the claim of the petitioners needs to be decided under the regularization policy dated 17.10.2002 (Annexure P-5).

Let respondents-State be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass an appropriate speaking order by considering the regularization policy dated 17.10.2002 (Annexure P-5) keeping in view the parameters laid down in Ashish Sharma' s case (Supra).
