The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC read with Section 439 CrPC for grant of interim regular bail for 2 months in case FIR No.15 dated 27.04.2023 registered under Sections 15(c), 25 and 29 NDPS Act at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
