The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 17.05.2023, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 2 months and 21 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
