RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.3 and 4-Sukhwinder Singh and Harjeet Kaur by the Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, vide orders dated 20.06.2024 and 13.06.2024 in FIR No.129, dated 31.05.2024 under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to approach the same Court, who had granted the anticipatory bail to respondents No.3 and 4. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. July 30, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
