The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is that status quo qua possession be maintained till the revision petition is decided by the Divisional Commissioner concerned as stay in the present matter stood vacated by the Divisional Commissioner vide order dated 21.08.2025. Thereafter the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution. Subsequently, the same has been restored vide order dated 20.05.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter is listed for hearing on 02.07.2026 and till such time the matter is heard and decided, the dispossession of the petitioner may be stayed. 3.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 5-State only. 4.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5-State only.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the matter on 02.07.2026 itself. Till then, the dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that in case any adjournment is sought by the petitioner before respondent No.2 on 02.07.2026, the present writ petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.
