(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the appeal/application pending before the State Registrar General of Societies, Haryana-respondent No.3 vide Annexures P-12 and P-14 against the impugned orders dated 31.05.2016 and 06.01.2016 is decided within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondent No.3 to decide the appeal stated to be pending before him as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforementioned direction.
