***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition praying that adequate security be provided to him and his family on account of continuous threat being faced by him. He has been appearing as a prosecution witness for CBI in three cases. According to Mr. Hooda, in view of facts outlined in the petition, petitioner is entitled to security not below the Y-PLUS category. At the outset, Mr. Mahajan, learned Advocate General, Haryana, submits that a fresh exercise had been undertaken during the pendency of this writ petition to assess the threat perception. Reports have been received from various districts, which were to be put up before the State Level Committee for the purpose of assessing threat perception. He further submits that the issue shall be considered by the State Level Committee at the earliest, in any case, not later than two weeks. He submits that a communication shall be sent to the petitioner after the final decision is taken by the said Committee.
