Date of decision : 22.08.2019
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. Jagjit Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in the petitions is to order dated 12.07.2019 whereby applications filed by petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC have been dismissed.
A bare perusal of impugned order shows that petitioner wants to add in the petition that he had kept his wife and minor Jasnoor Singh @ Noor with love and affection. The father has also opened a business in the name and style of Noor Steel Industries in the nick name of his minor son for the benefit and for the future of minor.
Pursuant to order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that only the firm was GAURAV ARORA 2019.10.14 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
C. R No. 4885 and 4886 of 2019 registered in the name of minor but he has no share in the firm. Keeping in view the above fact, the application has rightly been dismissed.
The revision petitions stand dismissed being devoid of any merit.
