Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.141 dated 20.6.2025, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file an appropriate/duly constituted petition before the concerned Special Court for grant of interim regular bail on medical grounds. 3.
