(ORAL) On 27th of March, 2023, the following order was passed :- "Mr. Prashar, Advocate counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that he has instructions from Law Officer, Municipal Corporation Amritsar to say that all pending dues of the petitioner stand cleared by the office of Muncipal Town Planner. Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays time to seek instructions.

Adjourned to 13.04.2023."

Today Mr. Sharma, accepts that the petitioner has got all the terminal benefits. However, submits that his claim qua interest on the delayed payments will still survive and prays that he be granted liberty to raise the same with the respondents.
