Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.74 dated 16.05.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3), 324(4) of BNS at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

In compliance of order dated 19.06.2025, status report by way of an affidavit of Rajpal Singh Gill, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rupnagar filed on behalf of respondent-State in Court today, is taken on record. 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
