(ORAL) Through this revision, tenants have laid challenge to judgment dated 09.05.2019 of the Appellate Authority, affirming the order of the learned Rent Controller dated 16.10.2017, whereby they were directed to hand over vacant possession of shop in dispute within three months to respondents-landlord.

At the very outset, on instructions from his client, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not challenge the judgment and order of the authorities below on merits and wants to withdraw this revision with liberty to vacate the demised shop within six months from today.

In view of above request, petitioners are granted six months' time from today to vacate the demised shop and pay mesne profits @ `10,000/- per month. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in this respect before the executing Court within a week from today. Dismissed as withdrawn.
