The petitioner has challenged the order of his termination dated 11.09.2018.

The petitioner was appointed on DC rates as Sewadar (Peon) w.e.f. 31.05.2018 with a clear stipulation that his "services will be terminated as and when a regular employee is posted against this post or at the expiry of contract whichever is earlier". It is not disputed that a regular appointment has been made against the post on which the petitioner was working w.e.f. 01.06.2018 and as such, his services were terminated on 11.09.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be posted somewhere else.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and examining the record, I am of the considered opinion that there is no merit in the present petition because as per the terms and conditions of the appointment letter of the petitioner, his service was amenable to termination with the joining of a regular VINOD KUMAR 2018.10.01 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc
