(ORAL) The petitioners who are working as Senior Assistants in the Punjab Mandi Board, has filed the instant petition for quashing the Resolution dated 28.2.2013 passed in item No.17 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the Board in this regard.
