CORAM:
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA
Present:
Mr. Jasbir Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** SABINA, J.
Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the selection list Annexure P-6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has submitted representation Annexure P-9 to respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken on the same so far. At this stage, petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the representation Annexure P-9 within a fixed time frame. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation Annexure P-9 moved by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
