SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8. Learned State counsel has produced a copy of FIR No.0117 dated 26.06.2025 registered at P.S City Muktsar lodged by mother of petitioner No.2, in pursuance of which during investigation, petitioner No.1 stands arrested and petitioner No.2 Komal Kaur aged 17 years and three months has joined the company of her family members namely Gurmeet Singh-(father)respondent No.4 and Sarbjeet Kaur-(mother)respondent No.5, Sandeep Singh, Amitaz Singh and Jagga Singh, respondent Nos.6 to 8 respectively (brothers).
