(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution evidence, before the trial Court, has been concluded and the case is now fixed for defence evidence and arguments. Counsel for the petitioner has restricted his argument to the extent that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, however, some time bound direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
