(Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus and for appointment of a warrant officer to search the detenue namely Varsha at the premises of respondents No.5 to 7 or at any other place to be pointed out by the petitioner and to get released the detenue from the illegal custody of the private respondents.

In compliance of the order dated 17.06.2025, passed by this Court, the detenue is present in the Court and she has been duly identified by learned counsel representing respondents No.5 to 7. On a specific query raised by this Court, the alleged detenue specifically stated that she wants to stay with her family and she do not want to join the company of the petitioner. In view of the specific submission made by the detenue, in question, no further directions are required to be passed and the instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
