Admittedly, the petitioner is defending the proceedings in case bearing No. HMA/220/2017 titled as "Karan Partap Singh v. Anuradha" under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, presently pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Panchkula for the last four years.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to transfer the proceedings from the Family Court at Panchkula to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kurukshetra. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
