**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide order dated 02.03.2016, the pay of the petitioner has been fixed upon grant of 3rd ACP w.e.f 01.06.2009. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.

However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the department to make payment of interest on the delayed payment of ACP.
