Both the petitions have been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned office order dated 30.12.2014 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that since the impugned order dated 30.12.2014 (Annexure P-3) has been passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the same can be set aside with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioners.
