***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing notice dated 27.06.2022 (Annexure P-19) and other identical notices, issued to the petitioners, for termination of the services in case they do not submit their Sports Gradation Certificate in compliance of letter dated 10.11.2020 (Annexure P-6). Reliance is placed on subsequent clarification dated 17.06.2022 (Annexure P-20), issued by the department of State Transport, whereby petitioners have been granted liberty to submit the Sports Gradation Certificates up to 31.10.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks status quo as on today qua the services of the petitioners till the final adjudication of the petition bearing CWP-16348-2022, titled Haryana Athletic Association vs. State of Haryana and others, whereby Sports Gradation Certificates have been assailed by the Haryana Athletic Association. 3.

Controversy involved herein has already been dealt by me on an earlier occasion. I need not labor all over again. Reference may be had to judgment/ order dated 23.08.2022 rendered in CWP-18499-2022 titled Parveen and another versus State of Haryana and others. 6.

In the premise, instant writ petition is also disposed of in same terms as CWP-18499-2022.
