       Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submits that as the matter in issue is squarely covered by the decision of the Supreme Court rendered in Indore Development Authority Vs. Manohar Lal and others 2020(8) SCC 129, thus, the same be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in Indore Development Authority (supra).
