**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is to quash the orders dated 11.06.2017 (Annexures P-1 and P-2), vide which the appointment of the petitioners as Primary Teachers, has been withdrawn. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has joined as Sub-Inspector in some other Department and petitioner No.2 has been allowed the joining in the same Department. This factor has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. She submits that petitioner No.2 has been taken back in service and his seniority has been fixed.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having infructuous.
