This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 30.04.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda, vide which the application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit itself has been withdrawn with liberty to file fresh vide order dated 08.08.2025 and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.
