Mr. C.S. Bakshi, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the only grievance which is left is the amount of interest which the petitioner is entitled for on account of the delayed payment of pension .

Respondents had calculated the interest from 01.02.2014 till 30.09.2014 and a sum of `4290/- was paid to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner states that the said calculation is not correct and the petitioner is entitled for more interest for the above-said period.

CWP-5836-2015 -2Counsel for the petitioner further states that the appropriate direction be given to the respondents to recalculate the interest for which the petitioner is entitled for the above-said period on account of delayed payment.

The prayer of the petitioner is accepted.

Let the petitioner file a detailed application/representation in this regard giving the details alongwith the amount for which he is entitled for on account of interest according to him. The respondents after receipt of the said application/representation shall pass appropriate orders. In case it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits, the same shall be given to him. However, it is made clear that the representation be filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks and the respondent(s) will decide the same within a period of three months thereafter by passing the appropriate orders. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
