%   &         is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-7) vide which the notice of premature retirement was issued to the petitioner on attaining the age of 55 years. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that in light of the interim order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to continue beyond the age of 55 years and has attained the age of retirement now. It has also been brought to the notice of the Court by learned State counsel that all the retiral benefits have been released to the petitioner taking into consideration the age of retirement as 58 years, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In light of the fact that all the retiral benefits have been released to the petitioner taking into consideration the age of the DIWAKER GULATI 2026.03.23 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
