Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents giving the details that the essential qualification possessed by the petitioners i.e. getting registered as the Veterinary practitioner with the Haryana Veterinary Council, is after the last date of the application, coupled with the fact that even after participating provisionally, the petitioners have not able to secure the cut-off marks as secured by the last selected candidate in the category in which the petitioners are competing hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
