**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 25.07.2019 passed by learned Addl. District Judge Ferozepur.

At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners has produced order dated 18.07.2019 wherein FCI was directed to deposit 50% of the suit amount i.e of Rs.25,55,434/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the FCI is ready to comply with order dated 18.07.2019 by depositing the FDR of the said amount in the name of the Court. Keeping in view the above factual position, order dated 25.07.2019 passed by learned Addl.
