The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for protection of the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 5 & 6.

The matter was heard at length and the parties were relegated to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, however, it has been reported that the same has failed even on the second occasion. 3.

Admittedly, respondent No. 5 is none other than the husband of petitioner No. 1 and father of petitioner No. 2 and was working in foreign land and the dispute has arisen when he returned back to India. 4.

Allegations and counter allegations have been levelled by each other, however, at this stage, the same cannot be gone into. PARUL 2024.01.16 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

While reserving the rights of the parties to be agitated before the appropriate forum, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents No. 3 & 4 to ensure that peace and harmony is maintained and no untoward incident takes place.
