Present petition has been filed by the petitioners' seeking directions to the official respondents to release their land in view of the policy dated 14.09.2018 (Annexure P-22) and 21.07.2022 (Annexure P-23) issued by the State Government and order dated 22.07.2022 (Annexure P-24). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners limits his prayer in the present petition and states that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to take a decision on the application (Annexure P-18) filed by the petitioners for release of their land.
