TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J.(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the announcement dated 12.05.2026 and the order dated 13.05.2026, Annexures P-20 and P-21, respectively, whereby the petitioner's candidature for the post of Vice Principal (Group-B) against advertisement 15/2024 has been rejected for want of requisite experience in supervisory capacity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner against the rejection, bringing to notice of the Commission the relevant orders whereby he was assigned charge of the institution in supervisory capacity has not been decided as yet. At this stage, he will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 12.11.2025, Annexure P-14, before holding interviews for the post.
