1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application/petition under Section 175(3) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (BNSS) so as to seek registration of FIR against respondents No.4 to 8.

2.
