(ORAL) This appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 22.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner (appellant herein) granting liberty to seek alternative civil remedy as may be advised and available in law. Learned counsel for the appellant states that a letter has been issued on 12.12.2023 asking the appellant to join with immediate effect. He further states that the appellant is ready to join his services. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, no further directions are required to be given in the present appeal which is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to say that, the appellant will work to the full satisfaction of the respondents keeping in view the fact that he has already worked for eight years.
