(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to allot an alternative preferential plot to the petitioner in terms of the revised policy dated 18.02.2013. Notice of motion was issued and during the pendency of the writ petition, a decision has been taken, which was placed on record by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 wherein it has been stated that a proposal for allotment of 193 alternative plots in lieu of disputed plots NARESH KUMAR 2018.10.10 10:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP-26206-2017 (O&M) -2of Sector 11, Bahadurgarh has been considered and it has been decided to allot 20 plots in Sector 11, Bahadurgarh and the remaining 173 plots in Sector 10, Bahadurgarh by way of draw of lots. It has been further stated by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 that this exercise will be completed by 31.12.2018.
Copy of above-said decision/communication produced by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is taken on record and the same is Marked as 'A'.
In view of above, the present writ petition stand disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
In case any grievance is left subsequent to the allotment, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
