SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13 dated 30.01.2019 under Sections 394, 395, 397 IPC (Sections 396, 216, 302 IPC added lateron) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station, Sector-20, Panchkula.

Custody certificate of the petitioner filed in Court today is taken on record. Registry is directed to do the needful. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.
