Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent No. 1 to order prosecution of respondent No. 2 and its officials for unfair labour practice as recommended vide Annexure P-10 and take suitable action on letter dated 1.2.2016 (Annexure P-9).

Heard.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Labour Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh to take action on the letters dated 1.2.2016 (Annexure P-9) and 5.11.2015 (Annexure P-10), expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within one month from the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
