Present application has been filed for disposal of the main appeal on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since settled the matter vide compromise deed dated 26.04.2023 and that statements of the parties have also been recorded to this effect before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. As per statements, the parties have stated that they have entered into a compromise with their free will, without any pressure or undue influence from any quarter. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties vide compromise deed dated 26.04.2023, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decreesheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
