(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside the order dated 20.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Nabha vide which application filed by the petitioner/defendant for leading additional evidence, has been dismissed.

Mr.Ashish Gupta, Advocate joins proceedings on behalf of the caveator. Caveat stands discharged.

Both the learned counsel are ad idem that suits and cross-suits filed between the parties with respect to the same subject matter of the property be clubbed together even though separate evidence has been adduced therein.

In the premise,it is made clear that both the civil suits bearing No.1292 of 2015 titled as "Tej Kaur Vs Kuldeep Singh" and Civil Suit No. 44 of 2016 titled as "Kuldeep Singh Vs.
