With the weight of the tablets stated to have been recovered from the petitioner (as per the case of the investigating agency), being approximately 180 grams, with the salt contained therein stated to be Clovidol hydrocloride, and the commercial quantity being above 250 grams, the petitioner having remained in custody for about six months, with the trial to still virtually start, without making any comment on the actual merit of the case, for or against the petitioner, this petition is allowed.
