After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner, restricts his argument only to the extent that a mandamus may be passed upon learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-II, Faridabad, before which is an application preferred by the petitioner under Order IX Rule 13 CPC is pending, to decide the same most expeditiously. 2.

Since a bona fide and innocuous prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, at this stage, without issuing notice of motion, this Court directs the learned Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court-II, Faridabad, to make its all endeavours to decide the application under Section IX Rule 13 CPC most expeditiously, and also to take a decision on the prayer made for interim stay, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 4.
