Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.40 dated 28.04.2019 registered under Sections 452,323,120-B,506,148 & 149 IPC at P.S Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana (Rural).

Vide order dated 19.08.2019, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhtej Singh, P.S Sadar Raikot, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. Order dated 19.08.2019 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
