HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 29.08.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.23113 of 2019, a speaking order has been passed by the Competent Authority whereby representation submitted by the petitioners has since been decided.

In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it would be open to the petitioners to assail the speaking order, in accordance with law, if so aggrieved.
