CHAUDHARI, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly pointed out that the Supreme Court has already issued directions vide judgment and order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Civil Appeal No. 2740 of 2007 titled State of Uttar Pradesh through Principal Secretary and others versus All U.P. Consumer Protection Bar Association. He further submitted that the said petition is being monitored by the Apex Court. Upon reading of the relevant paragraph of the said judgment of the Supreme Court, we are of the firm opinion that we should not entertain the present petition since the Apex Court is seized of the mater and has also indicated that it would pass further orders in relation to the rules directed to be framed by the State Government as well as Union of India.
