(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.308 dated 21.06.2018 under Sections 117, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and Section 13 of PC Act registered at Police Station Sector-5 Panchkula.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 27.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions from DSP Rajneesh and SI Naresh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 27.02.2026 and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 27.02.2026 is made absolute.
