He further submits that as per compromise, a sum of Rs.35,000/- has been deposited with Labour Commissioner at Chandigarh. The said amount may be ordered to be released. 3.

The present petition is disposed of as infructuous with a direction to Labour Commissioner, Haryana to release Rs.35,000/- to the petitioner which has been deposited by management-respondent.
