**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of Civil Writ Petitions No.24519, 25729 & 25755 of 2018, as according to the learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the issue involved in the petitions is identical. However, the facts are being extracted from CWP No. 24519 of 2018.

Prayer in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the order dated 07th May, 2018 (Annexure P-3), passed by respondent No.1 - Central Administration Tribunal (in short 'the Tribunal'), Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the Tribunal has disposed of the matters involving in the aforesaid writ petitions on the strength of the Central Service (Medical) Attendance Rules, 1994 (in short 'the Rules'), whereas, the aforesaid Rules are not applicable to the employees of the Railways. Accordingly, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition(s) with liberty to the petitioner(s) to approach the Tribunal by filing a review petition for the said purpose, in accordance with law.
